• The thread coming out of any part of the fabrics should never be pulled and torn. It should be cut with scissors without damaging the product.

However, anything after a year that becomes faulty we will be kind enough to assist you in replacing the faulty part which will be at an extra cost and also subject to the availability of the product or part.
